The County of Hillsdale Foreclosure Tax Sale will be conducted online through Title-Check, LLC. Advance bids can be placed prior to the auction date beginning July 2, 2022 The auction will be on August 3, 2022. The active bidding period begins August 3rd at 10:00 a.m. and goes until 7:00 p.m. During that time, bidders will be able to see the high bid on each property. Bidders will be able to place bids until 7:00 p.m. The bidding stops at 7:00 p.m. and emails will be sent with payment instructions from Title-Check approximately one hour after the end of the bidding.
Bidders who wish to bid must place a $1,000.00 authorization hold on a major credit card or debit card to authorize their account for bidding. If the bidder does not have a credit card or internet access, they can call Title-Check at 1-800-259-7470 for assistance.
