~ COUNTY BUSINESS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY ~

Following the decision of the State of Michigan Supreme Court on Thursday, November 19, 2020, the Hillsdale County Courts were required to go back to Phase I reopening. Until further notice the County Courts will be required to remain closed even though the other county offices reopen to the public. Please call the County Clerk's office, Prosecutor's office or County Court to setup an appointment BEFORE arriving at the courthouse.
